The first additions to the gallery have been made! Instead of captures I have uploaded photo shoots, event pictures and magazine scans. Evening Standard Magazine scans are thanks to Adoring Emilia Clarke. I hope you’ll enjoy the new additions. There is a lot more to be added in the next few weeks!

Hello everyone! My name is Ann and I’m the new site owner of Richard Madden Fan; thanks to Michelle for letting me take over. You may know me from my previously owned Kit Harington fansite (which is now owned by the fabulous Stef). I’m excited to continue the work at Richard Madden Fan and sharing all the latest Richard news with you.

Since the site hasn’t been updated in a while there is a lot for me to do. If people could comment what has been missed (magazine alerts, news, trailers, etc) I would really appreciate so that I can catch up on everything. Coming soon are the missing Game of Thrones screencaptures as well as screencaptures of Sirens.

Please note that I will continue with not posting any rumors or gossip regarding Richard (including paparazzi pictures). I’m not interested in his relationships and will not pry into his private life. I’m here to support the career of a very talented actor. Thank you for understanding.

Madden The first season of “Game of Thrones” comes to a close this Sunday, having won over many viewers who wouldn’t normally immerse themselves in fantasy. HBO has granted the show a second season, sending show runners David Benioff and Dan Weiss back to Belfast, where they are furiously working on adapting a script from the second book of the saga, “A Clash of Kings.”

They spoke by phone about which characters will reappear in Season 2 and the near-impossibility of creating a cable series out of books that depict an increasingly complex, epic world.

HBO is really pushing their new online streaming service HBO Go, which is available only to HBO subscribers. We have already noted that they have added a bunch of cool special features for Game of Thrones episodes. And now HBO has announced that they will stream episode seven of Thrones on HBO Go a week before it airs. The Hollywood Reporter has the story:

The executive [HBO co-president Eric Kessler] on Tuesday also said that HBO Go will exclusively make available the following week’s episode of new HBO hit Game of Thrones right after the May 22 episode, which ends with a cliffhanger that Kessler said will entice fans to immediately see what happens next. The move is part of a plan to offer exclusive content windows on HBO Go to “encourage registration” of users for the service, he said.
